MCL, also known as Microchip League, was founded in 1986 by Talla 2XLC and RAHEN, members of the band MOSKWA TV. The group's first release, "Communicate," was a
success in clubs and on international charts. MCL followed this with the release of their album "Code Numbers," as well as a remixed version of the album called "Different Mixes." One of the
group's most popular songs was their reworking of the Sinatra classic "New York, New York," which has become an iconic dancefloor classic.
